Your order will in most cases will ship same day or next business day with the exception of launches in which can take up to 4 business days due to launch volume. You will receive an email once your purchase has been shipped with tracking information or alerted that it’s ready for pick-up based on shipping method selected at check out.
We offer $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping for orders placed within the U.S. and orders over $100 SHIPS FREE! We ship USPS and UPS and can expect your packages to arrive in 2-6 days on average for domestic orders. If you are in need of a shipping upgrade, please leave request in the notes at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate and will issue an invoice in proportion to available rates.
We also offer FREE local pickup at our Liberty Twp, Ohio store with orders ready typically within an hour if placed during store hours. We will even run it right out to your car for you!
Outside of the U.S. and want to join the P+N family? Our international orders ship for a flat rate of $26 and are shipped via USPS. All taxes and duties where applicable are customers responsibility to be paid upon arrival. Those fee's will not be processed by Pen + Nash Co.
We want you to love your goodies as much as we do, but we know that sometimes not every item is the right fit (And yes we mean that in both the figurative and literal way!)
So here's all the details...
All eligible items must meet the following conditions:
Return/Exchange request must be made within 14 days of recieving your purchase
Must have proof of purchase in form of receipt or invoice
Must be new and unworn with all original tags attached. This also includes shoe boxes
Must not smell of smoke, perfumes or any other smells that would make it ineligible to resell.
Must NOT be in our Sale Collection (indicated with red "Sale" button or price ending in .99)
Must not be undergarments such as underwear, socks or nursing bras due to nature of garment
If the requested item(s) meet the above requirements, please email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include your name, order #, and items that you wish to return.
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Once shipped please let us know any tracking information so that we can keep our eyes open for it so we can process the return/exchange as quickly as possible! Once the item has been sent back and we have found to meet above requirements, we will issue your return in the form of the original payment or gift card if desired.
